This Physician was on call. My Dad had a problem that required an internist. Hospital paged him at 3:00am. He never returned the page or came. Mabey it was a blessing this arrogant doc never showed. Seems he is in the wrong field.

Dr. Charles Phillips is the most arrogant, unprofessional "doctor" I've ever come in contact with. Not only was his diagnosis utterly incorrect, he discussed my significant other's health issues, and began to examine him (hernia check) in the presence of a non-relative acquaintance, in violation of HIPAA. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine. I'm giving him one star ratings in the appropriate categories, only because there is no option for zero stars.

This doctor has the worst bedside manner of any doctor. He had no compassion, arrogant. And I'll never forgive him for his callousness while my son was in the hospital under his care. Not only that, he discharged my son very suddenly against the others doctors advice. He changed a treatment plan suddenly with no warning or validity. My son is very high risk. I can't say enough except this guy may be a doctor but I wouldn't let him near anyone I care about.
