Wonderful Doctor and Surgeon
Doctor O'Laughlin is an exceptional Surgeon, and an exceptional doctor. He performed an 11 hour long surgery on my shattered elbow, and did a great job. He is very kind, very professional and truly takes time to explain your injury, surgery, and ongoing aftercare. His Receptionist and Nurse are very pleasant, kind, and helpful, whether over the phone or in person. I highly recommend Dr. O'Laughlin.

Bedside manner was poor at best. Let alone his caring was horrible. Almost acted as if he was a busy person and don’t have time for us in the emergency room. Don’t go to this Dr. he should retire.

Holy cow, I did not realize he is 74, you would never have thought about that. This man has seen it all and done it all when it comes to the surgical procedures. He is also stubborn enough to put up with people like me who do not like surgery nor do we like the recovery time. He has helped me understand the importance of my recovery and my surgery procedures. Thank you for putting up my stubbornness and just being there in my time of need when I was mentally breaking down.

He is always late. Not just 10 to 20 min. Once he was hour+ late. Another time he was 2 hours late. I couldn't change the doctor as it was in the middle of the surgury recovery time. I just held on for it to be over. Other than that he is knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. O'Laughlin has taken great care of my whole family. He makes sure that all of your questions are answered and does not rush to push you through your appointment. I just love that he does not always push surgery right away. I believe that he truly cares about his patients.

How rude can an office assistant be? This one takes the cake. He should fire her; she's costing him business. After 2 or 3 visits I can't take her anymore. She should stop surfing the net and get to work!

Dr. O'Laughlin was helpful, kind & reassuring when my son was injured. When my other child got hurt, I obviously reached out to him again. Sadly his office assistant first told me we couldn't see Dr. O'Laughlin, then after I questioned, she was rude and dismissive. She did eventually open her schedule (didn't want to since we were heading into holiday weekend), but I'll be going elsewhere after having spoken to her!!!

My son broke his ankle and we were referred to him via the ER. We have had no previous broken bones so were not sure what to expect. We left with a cast and confidence that we had a soft spoken older doctor who cared about what I needed to hear as a mom and was very reassuring to my son.
