Best Plastic Surgeon in South Florida
A HUGE shoutout to Dr. Charles Messa!! I cannot imagine being more pleased with my surgery results. Details: 61 year old female, 5’3”, 136 lbs. Breast implant removal (sub-pectoral), breast lift (mastopexy) and arm lift (brachioplasty). The day after my surgery I was anxious to look in the mirror when I went for my post-operative visit. However, when I did, I was ecstatic about what I saw in the mirror. My incisions are remarkable. I bruise and scar very easily and I was willing to live with bad scars on my arms, as opposed to disproportionately fat upper arms. Immediately I could tell that Dr. Messa was a miracle worker and my incisions were ideal. I am extremely pleased with all my results. I waited nearly six months to get the consultation appointment. But Dr. Messa was worth the wait. Additionally, I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Dr. Messa’s staff. Every member of the staff is very pleasant and attentive.

As professional in the Healthcare system. I searched 4 years for the right Plastic Surgeon. When I met Dr. Messa I knew by the he has the right one for surgecical need. His level of professionalism and knowledge exceeds excellence. He is kind, humble and funny making one feel at easy. Most of all he listened carefully and addressed and answered fully in depth all the concern. His staff always kind, friendly,courteous very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recomed Dr.Messa. My expirence for he past 2 yrs with Him and his staff made the process easy with their friendly, kind and profecionalisms, Always being greated with a smile I felt comfortable decreasing the level of stress that can come with with any surgical procedure. I am extremely happy with the result of all my procedures.

Beyond Incredible Results
Dr Messa performed a tummy tuck with liposuction around my flanks and I cannot believe how gorgeous it turned out!!! Further, NO pain! That’s right. He and his team help prepare you a month in advance to make sure you’re ready for surgery and a very comfortable recovery. I retuned to work one week later and easily (and safely) followed all post op instructions. The entire team was warm, so incredibly nice and patient to answer all of my questions. Dr Messa himself checks on you often and makes you feel like YOU did the work. I would recommend anyone I know to him and his amazing practice. I had two c-sections in my late thirties and now look like I’m in my 20s again. Thank you Dr Messa, you’ve changed my life!

Best plastic surgeon!
I had my first surgery with Dr. Messa about 10 years ago. I had fantastic results back then and underwent my second surgery with him a few weeks ago. Although it has only been 2 weeks, my results are already amazing, with no complications. Aside from his personable bedside manner, his skillset is superior. There is no other plastic surgeon I would ever see or recommend other than Dr. Messa!

Exceptional experience
Dr. Messa and his team are phenomenal. Each team member you encounter is there for patients and families first and foremost. Great experience!
My experience with Dr. Messa and his staff has been nothing short of exceptional. From scheduling to pre op and then to surgery was a smooth process. I was very nervous at first but, Dr Messa made me feel I had nothing to worry about and was confident he could give me the results I was looking for. I’m so happy with my results. He gave me exactly what I wanted. I’m only 2 weeks post op but feeling great and I know as time goes by my results will only get better. One important tip for anyone considering plastic surgery is to trust the process. Good things take time and patience is important. Thank you for a wonderful experience. And special thanks to the nurses who cared for me and helped me before and after surgery. You guys are the best!

Life Changing
Dr. Messa performed three procedures and I would do it over again in a heartbeat. I've had a breast lift, tummy tuck and arm lift. He and his staff were amazing and truly made you feel like you were the only patient they were seeing that day. For the tummy tuck, I had to spend the night in his facility and it was extremely pleasant. Post procedure pain was a concern but it never happened! I would recommend Dr. Messa a million times over! It may take a while to get an appointment, but trust me, the wait is beyond worth it.

I had an amazing experience
Dr. Messa is truly one of a kind and I would not go to any other surgeon. I was nervous and unsure about removing my implants and having a fat transfer but after talking to Dr. Messa I knew it was the right decision to make.
