He doesn't take much time with patients. Have your questions ready to go and ask quickly. But he's a very good surgeon. His office ignores voicemail but in person they're great. They provided me with a letter I needed immediately. Another time there was a hiccup with my insurance resulting in a $300+ bill. I explained it to the secretary and she said she'd work it out for me. Saved me from the hassle of dealing with the insurance company myself.

Rude and short. Clearly overworked, understaffed and doesn't take the time with each patient that they need. Honestly he herds us in like cattle and gives cookie cutter solutions while assuring that if there is a complication or issue that he could have nothing to do with it instead of searching fervently for the answer, like a medical doctor is bound to perform as in his oath that he must take to be helpful no-matter-what the fiduciary standing of his patient is. Poor bedside manor. Awful.

Refused to take issues seriously after a botched casting. Incorrectly recording conversations in medical documentation to intentionally cover his own grave errors. Spent too little time diagnosing because evidence of his errors would be visible to others in the medical community. This resulted in a much longer process for discovering the true ailments that have now been confirmed by several, reputable doctors. Rude and negligent. I lost the best years of my life. His license should be revoked.
