Dr Lieu treated me 18 years ago at ConnectCare in St Louis. I had just returned from living in Spain and had no insurance yet. I injured my back when I leaned in the car to remove a heavy suitcase. I felt a twinge and by bedtime I was in extreme pain. I called Barnes Jewish Hospital and was referred to a doctor who shall remain nameless. The doctor diagnosed a compression fracture; would find a specialist for me because I was new to St Louis; would call me the next day. After waiting two days and not hearing from him, I called his office. I was told that when he realized I had no insurance, he would not refer me to a doctor. He said I would have to go to ConnectCare for treatment. Dr Lieu was my doctor at ConnectCare. I said at the time and for the last 18 years, that Dr Lieu is the best doctor I ever had....and I have had many in 18 years. Dr Charles Lieu is simply the best.

Dr. Lieu provides top notch service. He is supported by a highly trained and caring staff. He is highly skilled and stays on top of the constantly changing medical field. He is an absolute straight shooter. He tells you the full information on your condition and carefully makes sure you understand it so you can make the best decisions for yourself.

Dr. Lieu has been my primary physician for over 20 years- he is a great diagnostician, and has a fantastic “office side manner”. Takes his time to make sure you fully understand his diagnosis and answers all your questions in a way a lay person can understand his response to your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Charles Lieu. His staff is extremely polite and attentive. He is always on time you are never kept waiting.

I was referred to Dr. Lieu early 2015. My experiences have been A+. His staff is kind, professional (Debra, his MA is amazing) & I look forward to our 2 minute chats. I cannot stress just how caring Dr. Lieu is. My Rx are called in, as my Pharmacy said,"I wish more of the physicians were as efficient as his office is in insuring my Rx are ready. What more can you ask? Wait time is usually under 10 minutes. The office is ran with great caring professionalism.
