Not satisfied, I made two visits and decided to look around for someone else..he does not listen, plus he referred me to a specialist without my consent or knowledge. I will not be going back.

I've been going to Dr. Licata for many years (15+) he has always been attentive, friendly and on target with his diagnosis. Five Stars for him. I had what I thought was a minor problem and he took me in on short notice, last appt on a Friday, turned out it was a bigger problem than I imagined. His testing and referrals were perfect.

Called on Monday November 26 to set an appointment do to what I believe is a kidney infection. The receptionist said he was booking into January. They told me to go to their express care. ie. Send everyone to a walkin clinic unless you are scheduling your annual appointment. What a joke. Must be nice to be so busy and not care about your patients. Time to find a new doctor!

Dr was asked to call me back I was told no without him even being ask staff was extremely rude
