My name is Jessica I am the mother to 3 children that are your patients. I have been coming to your clinic for many years. The children have seen you all their lives. Today (2/8/2020) I was very disappointed in your staff. I started calling since 8:30 a.m. and someone would answer the phone and hang up multiple times. I finally got through to someone (spanish speaker) and was told only one of my daughters could be seen as only one appointment was available. I was placed on hold for about 4 minutes and waa told no appointments were available anymore. Both of my daughters have a fever. One is 5 months old and the other is 9 years old. It is my understanding that a child is not to be turned away from their primary care doctor if they have a high fever. I now have to go to a hospital and have them seen there. I believe your staff is very unprofessional and act without compassion for patients

Staff was great (especially the front desk) Walked in last minute and my daughter was able to see someone right away. Doctor was great, and very friendly. Overall, visit was about an hour.
