Informative, explains in an easy lay mans terms
Not rushed, took time to explain and made sure you understood, very easy to talk to. On the day of my appointment the weather was -4 degrees, he called me ( not a receptionist) to say if I didn't feel safe driving because of the weather we could reschedule the appointment, amazing, how many professionals would do that.
