Dr. Kellner has saved my life. I came to him with treatment resistant depression... nothing had worked. I loved him from the beginning and maintenance ECT has kept me going for a long time. I cannot express what a wonderful doctor and caring person he is.

Dr. Kellner is a very sympathetic and caring doctor. ECT has been one of the only things that had helped with my serious depression, and I look forward to further improvement in my future treatments. I highly recommend ECT and want to let anyone know that there is nothing to fear.

Dr. Kellner is not only an outstanding psychiatrist, he is a wonderful and caring person as well. I was nervous about getting ECT, but was put at ease after meeting with him and having all my questions answered. The experience was actually pleasant, as he and his staff made me feel very well taken care of and very comfortable. Dr. Kellner was amazing throughout the entire process, making himself available at any time for any question or concern I had, no matter how trivial. Simply, he’s the best

I met Dr. Kellner a year ago after being referred to him by another Dr. at Mount Sinai Partial Hospitalization Program. He is incredibly nice and very professional, so far ECT has been absolutely life changing, I used to not be able to get out of bed and no now I am working everyday as well as starting school soon. Dr. Kellner is hands down the best doctor I have worked with in the past 10 years of my life and I would like to thank him for all his help, as well as wish him all the best!

It is hard to overstate the positive effect of my experience as Dr. Kellner patient. When nothing else -- and I had tried everything else -- worked, the ECT that he administers has helped banish the persistent negative thoughts that haunted me and brought me down for so many years. ECT is painless and it works! Dr. Kellner is the expert in the field. His kind, caring, warm, compassionate manner is so helpful to someone dealing with a mood disorder. There is a way out of this struggle!

I sought out Dr. Kellner at the referral of my doctor who described him as the pre-eminent leader in the field of ECT. I have experienced him as a compassionate doctor who is devoted to his patients. His demeanor is warm and empathic with a great sense of humor, making me feel very comfortable to discuss concerns with him openly. During the consult, he was a very careful listener and gave insightful feedback. His ECT treatment helped me recover from lifelong, hopeless depression. Wonderful doc!
