I was confident in Dr Jackson for myself and my husband Willie Chambers

My visit was a disater, I had gone through a very sad situation, and I could not stop crying, therefore my eyes were very red. I saw Dr.Jackson, He mentioned "Pink eye". I told him it was absolutly not pink eye. FYI I had worked in the medical field for over 30 years. I knew it was not pink eye. Without my consent, the so-called doctor, sent a sample to a lab to be checked. It was as I said ...negative. I hope he has enough sense not to bill me for his mistake.

He doesn't listen, lies, and gets mad and yells if you request labs, or alternative methods for care. Tells you basically go home and die.

I have already written a review once, I guess it was so negative that they chose not to post it. he has the personality of a dead toad. does not care about his patients. really does not care. after sitting in his office for 10 minutes listening to him talking on the phone with his wife discussing about how he was going to bring a surprise home. finally hung-up and began to tell my problems(2nd visit) put finger in my face and said "be quiet". asked for an mri, told me nothing was wrong with me after a mri found a lesion on my c-3 disc. told me to find the $ and go to an orthopedic. at his age, you would think that he was more of a people-person and research my problems. I know the center is for people that do not have insurance but why is he there if he doesn't really try to help?

Down to earth and very caring doc. Very knowledgeable about RA and autoimmune diseases.
