I believe this doctor should have his license revoked. He was my father's PCP and my father waited 8 hours at times (with an appointment). He tries to book as many patients in one day as he can. My father's feet were swollen and Dr. Hwu attributed it to his diabetes and prescribed him medication without doing any further testing. 2 days later, my father went into respiratory arrest. Had he not been in the hospital already, he would have died. He would have died, thanks to Dr. Hwu.
