Dr. Charles Grayson, DO

Saw Dr Grayson this afternoon.What an excellent doctor!!!!!!!!After having worked for 10 years with an ENT group on LI Ian’s bring surgically trained I felt like I was back in NY. Dr Grayson was caring and took time to explain and show me my MRI.I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT in Ocala.Very professional and approachable.He listens and explains. So glad I decided to give Ocala ENT a try and not ho yo Shands

My husband had the RhinAer procedure for his constant running nose. Jose Mercardo performed the procedure with out pain and very little discomfort. It was a success and my husband has been given a new life without the constant dripping nose. I would highly recommend this practice for all your ENT needs.

Dr. Grayson was very dismissive of my condition, did not explain things well and certainly was not gentle during the procedure. Very condescending when speaking and I did not feel my thoughts or feelings were valued. Had no emotion. Told me results would be back in a few days , when he left the room his staff said it would be over a week. Conflicting stories. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a doctors office.

From beginning to end, staff and doctor were attentive and understanding. The waiting room was full but Dr Grayson took time to listen and patiently address all of my issues and concerns. I’m so glad that I went to Dr Grayson.

Went to see Dr Grayson with ringing in my right ear. He took all but a few seconds to look in my ear and said there is no wax and had me do a hearing test. After the test he told me I had hearing loss in that ear and it was caused by "old age" and nothing could be done to relieve my discomfort. He suggested I get a sound machine for night but that would only mask my issue. (at night). I also tried to see another doctor for a second opinion and was told once established with a doctor in that office you cannot see another doctor for the same issue! So second opinions is old school I guess. Conclusion: I just did a follow up with my PCP and immediately upon looking in my ear told me there was fluid build up and prescribed a nasal spray. After one day of using the spray I can hardly hear the ringing!!! So I'm confident this will all be a thing of the past very soon! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO SEE THIS DOCTOR! Everything is rushed and comments (if you get any) is very insensitive)!

If running a few allergy tests and prescribing a medication that helped the cause count, he did okay. Results of all allergy tests he ordered turned up negative. Long term solutions and a diagnosis seem to evade, so popping pills seems to be the answer.
