Poor medical decision making, resuted my two amputations, for which he accepted NO responsibity, which makes him irresponsible. Find ANYONE else for your surgical or wound care needs.

Dr Franco performed an umbilical hernia on my family member. To start the office staff is warm and friendly putting at ease a not so trustful patient. The office is efficient. Suzanne explained every aspect of the procedure. She gave us a list of what was needed and retrieved everything for us so that we were ready to go. Her attention to detail put us at ease.Dr Franco explained the procedure and allayed any fear or misconceptions that we had. I trust Dr Franco's ability , skill and passion for his calling. Thanks so much.

Dr Franco is an excellent surgeon. He was referred to my by another doctor. I am so glad I went to him and did not listen to some of the bogus reviews. He is a true professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am still recovering from surgery and had a small scare. He responded back to me within 5 minutes of my phone call. I cannot say enough about him. His office staff is extremely friendly, making you feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend him as a doctor and surgeon

I would never recommend!!!!!!!!! With as many years of experience as he has and yet he discharged me from the hospital without testing, only to find out later I need emergency surgery without which I would have died. When my husband asked him why? His answer was true, he said “because I didn’t have too!” but is that the answer you want from your doctor?!

Dr. Franco is wonderful and everyone that works in the office is so nice and helpful. My husband had surgery and they were very through explaining everything. Took their time and also gave the same instructions in written form. Always so pleasant & helpful when you call.

The office staff of Dr. Franco in Cranbury are rude, unhelpful, unresponsive and have no sense of urgency. On more than more occasion we have had bad experiences with this office and would not recommend this doctor or practice based on our experiences.

The office staff and him are the most professional group of people, you can call the office at anytime of the day and everyone who you speak are the kindest . Everyone says hello to you even if your not dealing with them. Great experience all the way around thanks

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Franco to anyone!!! He did an excellent job with my surgery and his office staff is so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I was hospitalized after my colon surgery and I felt supported every step of the way. The staff answered any questions I had when I called and let me know the doctor was available to see me if I was unsure about anything during my recovery. Dr. Franco is an intelligent, kind man with a great nursing crew.

Dr. Franco is what a doctor should be-knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. He took as much time with me as needed during each visit and that was deeply appreciated. His staff was just as thoughtful and kind and treated you like family. I highly recommend Dr. Franco who is a true professional and gentleman.

From our first visit, in a February snow storm, to yesterday, our last post-operative visit, Dr. Franco and his staff have been wonderful. We appreciate your surgical skills Dr. Franco and especially your kindness and professionalism. Hernia surgery was not on my list of things I would choose to do, but Dr. Franco's skill and caring made the process easier than I thought, and tolerable. I was not frightened and felt so much at ease from the moment my wife and I met you and your excellent staff.
