Terrible
The definition of poor… I had surgery on my knee, needed transportation to and from my appointments. He refused to complete the required paperwork. When I told him about my knee pain as being a former athlete. He dismissed me and said I don’t look like I played sports.

Annual Physical
Dr. Francis continues to be very thorough. He spend a lot of time with his patients. I have relocated to the Bronx but will not change my Doctor.

It’s time to change the doctor this doctor is no good he moves extremely slow and be two people inside of the lobby and that’s two hours for people is five hoursI think this clinic should really be shut down and that Dr. shouldn’t really be working as a doctor he’s very disrespectful just like the staff that works in the front desk very disrespectful

This is the worst medical clinic I was waiting for the doctor to see me for nearly 4 1/2 hours and I was only three people inside of the medical issue to be that way I rather go to the ER

Dr. Francis is adequate. His staff needs to be fired before his practice is destroyed. They are elderly who are stuck on the power they think their title holds, especially the “office manager” the only access you will have to your doctor is if you book an appointment, pay and spend more time than you need to just to get a question answered. Either the doctor is not given your message or he just does not return your calls. Good luck

This office need to be shut down. Who wants to wait for one or 2 hours to see a doctor? Even though, you arrived there early, you still got to wait to hear your name called. This happened a lot. The waiting area is so HOT. As for the doctor, he's just okay but not one of the best doctors in Brooklyn. Not so many people come here anymore.
