Breast surgery consultation
At first I had called & was surprised to have to book an appointment 6 months away. I spoke with the office about the cancelation list & was very fortunate to be able to come in months sooner. Dr.Castiglione was very knowledgeable, informative, and to the point. His team worked quickly to get quotes and did everything they could to use my insurance primarily. After deciding to go through with the surgery, his staff (especially Laura) helped to answer all my questions & get me in for a pre-op appointment! Looking forward to working with the team going forward, I know I’m in great hands!

Recommend Dr. Castiglione without hesitation!
I’ve never had to wait although I am sure he never rushes anyone to stay on schedule. He did my septoplasty and rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He’s professional, yet friendly and down to earth… I was referred to him by two friends, who both hold him in high regard, as do I without question. Thank you Dr. Castiglione, for everything you do for your patients!

Breast reduction!
Dr. C did an amazing job on my breast reduction. I was literally in and out of every appointment since he was always straight to the point. Going in to surgery he was very pleasant as well, basically hushing me to sleep lol I would definitely recommend again and again. My breast look amazing and are exactly how I wanted them.

Phenomenal work!
I had my ftm top surgery with him and he did a phenomenal job! He was very respectful, he listened to all my concerns, my wishes, and walked me through the procedure. Currently 3 weeks post op and doing great, haven't ran into any complications at all. I am so incredibly thankful, I love my chest and I'm so glad that I picked him. :)

Bilateral mammoplasty - 2022
Dr. Castiglione is a professional. He took the time to explain the surgical process and made sure my pain was in control after surgery. Lastly, he spent the time needed to answer my questions.

Best Breast Reconstruction in CT!
Dr C has been my plastic surgeon for 31 years. As a Breast Cancer Thriver...I have had my implants replaced 3 x by Dr C. Each time the result has been exceptional. He is skilled , knowledgeable and makes sure he give you the best result. He strives to the very best each and every time! Results are very, very important to him! I am the President of the Dr C fan club!!!!

Perfection!
Dr. C was professional and listened to all my concerns. I had an abdominoplasty, panniculectomy, muscle repair, hernia repair and breast lift. I cannot praise him enough!!!!!!!! He did an amazing job!!!!!! I can’t believe this is my body! The sweetest thing was him calling me at home the night I was discharged to check on me and make sure was good. If you have any doubts…. DON’T! Book with Dr. Castiglione!

I have had two procedures with Dr. Castiglione and the work is to perfection. A Rhinoplasty 10yrs ago then a partial tummy tuck 4yrs ago. He has great bedside manner and explains everything so you feel at ease. He was recommended by a Patient of mine and I never even went for a second opinion. I felt confident and comfortable with him from The start. My niece is 18 and she’s heading in for her rhinoplasty this spring bc she inherited her Aunties nose. ??????? Sally P.

Dr. Castiglione is an excellent surgeon. I had an Panniculectomy, abdominoplasty with diastasis repair. Dr. Castiglione Explained the procedure, listened to what I wanted. I am very pleased with the results after only four (4) weeks. I expect the swelling will go down and it will be even better. Additionally his staff could not have been better.

He ruined my daughters nose. The bridge of her nose is practically flat to her head. The surgery was suppose to be a deviated septum with a little cosmetic touch. Her nose is also crooked

Was given an appt for a ruptured breast implant in 6 months??? Wrote a complaint and received a phone call from his office changing my appt to 12/27/19 and was very pleased. I called today to verify the address and was told "again" I have NO appt until 5/28/20! I recd a confirmation call that I have an appt with some plastic surgeon named Dr Chen??? Who the heck is he?? This is unbelievable!! Meantime I'm sitting here with a ruptured breast implant!! There is some liability here!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Castiglione. He listened to my questions and answered all of my concerns. He never rushed me through an appointment and was very attentive to me while I was in the hospital. It usually takes several months to get an appointment with him but for me, he is worth every minute of the wait.

I have had 2 surgeries with this doctor and have been very pleased with him. I wouldn't have surgery with anyone else. You will wait months to get an appointment but he is worth the wait.
