Good dr. Staff is slow and makes errors. Staff is very slow getting back to patient and returning calls. Wait time is extensive.

Wish i could give less than 1 star. I have been a patient of Dr. Carlton for over 12 years. Today, his nurse treated me with such contempt that I am furious. I have high bp & take medication daily. Last week, he didn't refill my prescription and it has taken me until today to find out why. When the nurse finally called me back, she said that because it has been over a year since I have been seen, they will not refill. He cant see me for a month and they refuse to help.Serious neglect from staff
