Great doctor, but lousy office staff
Dr. Buckmaster is a wonderful doctor. His office staff however, is VERY SLOW to get things done, like referrals, and sending prescriptions in. We have tried for months to get them to send a referral to Southern Cancer Center so my daughter can get a release for oral surgery. Still not done. They don't call in prescriptions on time, and when they do, it's incorrect and requires another call. VERY AGGRAVATING!

Dr. Buckmaster is a old school doctor who actually cares about his patients. If your someone who once to be in and out of a Doctors office with minimal care he's not the one for you, but if you want someone who will listen to your concerns and get the job done. He's the man. He has done wonders for me and caught serious issues going on with me when my other Dr. Didn't.

I’ve been seeing him for years. Since day one, there’s always been a wait. He goes over things very well and takes time one on one with each patient. He is the most caring Dr. there is. He goes out of his way to provide so much more then just writing a prescription. Very kind and caring as well as his wonderful staff. I’ve seen some negative reviews for him and there’s absolutely NO WAY I believe them! If I’ve ever heard people yelling it was because THEY weren’t getting their way. He is too good of a Dr. for me to see these things written about him and his staff to not say something. Some people can’t follow simple instructions and he can’t put up with that with the amount of patient's he has! So if you go in and think you’re going to tell him what you want and just get it because of whatever reason then you’re wrong. If he evaluates you and you are full of it don’t get mad at him because you waited and didn’t get your way. He isn’t a pill pusher Dr. He is a Dr. of all needs I’d say.

Advice to everyone please read the reviews before you go to dr. Buckmaster. So slow and it was not busy and no results . Your info will be told to other people because his nurse is in the office with 3 other people when she goes over your case .
