Dr. Charles Bradshaw, MD

Dr Bradshaw is a straight forward, detailed approach to sleep issues, I've seen him since 2016. I like him very much and think he's a great doctor. However, on the other hand his office runs the other end of the spectrum. I can not get my CPAP supplies (or help) from this office. They won't return your calls answer anything through the portal, etc. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking a sleep doctor. That's not his fault as I understand he doesn't do the hiring as it comes from the main office, Dr Burke and company.

UPDATE to my post above. After speaking with the office managers, Bradshaw's office made the situation with the CPAP/insurance right by us. This took several follow up phone calls, but they did send a device to us at their expense. For owning up to their mistake and making the situation right, I am appreciative. Again, Bradshaw is a great doctor and I recommend him. Perhaps the front office/staff is in flux since the office moved recently. Regardless, they took care of this situation.

I only saw him once but he was plain and simple in telling me that I was risking my life because I wasn't using the CPAP machine that I needed. Almost like a grumpy grandpa but kind and loveable. He doesn't take my insurance but I'm willing to pay out of my pocket for him.
