Terrific physician, tooth extraction went well
This physician is friendly, young, efficient, and talented. Nothing but good things to say about him. He extracted a tooth and I had zero complaints about the procedure (during or after).Scheduling and paperwork was problematic. I went in person to make the appt, deliver xrays, and pick up paperwork. Hand carried paperwork back to office and filled it all out online as well. Went to first appt and office had misplaced it all. I was beyond frustrated. I nearly walked out several times during the hour I waited (past my appointment tjme) while staff looked for my info. It could not have gone worse.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Boxx, he is extremely personable and explained my procedure clearly so I understood every step of the process. The entire office staff was pleasant and professional, thank you Commonwealth Oral & Facial Surgery.

Best Oral Surgeon

Removal of wisdom tooth.at 74 years old
Dr Boxx removed a wisdom tooth that was sitting on a nerve. After having tooth filled by my dentist, the nerve went haywire and the pain was to much for me. Dr Boxx was very professional and caring and extracted the tooth and relieved all the pain. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Since my mouth is small, we decided it would be easier if I was put to sleep in case he had to stretch my mouth.. The only pain I experienced was from stretching my jaw. The pain meds he gave me helped nicely. It has been three weeks and my mouth feels great. I am a 74 year old and so glad that wisdom tooth is gone. I highly recommend Dr Boxx and his assistant. I am so thankful for my experience with Dr Boxx and Commonwealth Oral Surgery.

Highly recommend Dr. Boxx
He removed 4 wisdom teeth from my 17 year old. Not only was the surgery a success but he called to check in on my son. He supplied his cell phone and made himself available post surgery, regardless of time.

Way better than imagined
Removing a wisdom tooth. The thought does not bring up much in the way of happy, uplifting, seashell and balloon-type thoughts, right? Right. From diagnosis with my dentist to eval with Dr. Boxx to the extraction with Dr. Boxx, I worried. Someone had to do it. When he was done, I was surprised. The day after, I was even more surprised. The 2nd day, I had no need for pain relief meds and began realizing what a gift I'd been given. Either he has some amazing tools, or he and my tooth were an amazing fit - either way, this was...well...way better than I could ever have imagined. Thank you Commonwealth; thank you, Dr. Broxx, and thank you Dr. Wade for referring me there.

The Best Dental Surgeon!
I was referred to Dr. Boxx to have cracked molar removed. I am typically fairly nervous and anxious with any dental procedure. Dr. Boxx made me feel comfortable and he is very proficient in his specialty. The day of my procedure I was sedated very well and had minimal postoperative pain. While I hope to never need his services again, I would definitely return here for any oral surgery
