Definitely a good doctor
Dr. Charles has helped me figure out what is wrong with my digestive system and has helped me try and get better. He listens, shows concern and is professional. I appreciate everything that he has done for me. His staff have always been nice to me too.

Great physician
He is a wonderful Dr. He took his time with my husband. Found out the problem. Honestly I thought I was going to lose my husband. After a few months of treatment he was back to his normal self!

went to hospital for Pneumonia. while there asked for my mothers 2 Y/O feeding tube to be replaced. he replaced it bedside and when we left the hospital she had MRSA and cellulitis.

And you will still be no better than when you first saw him, he suxs, and I only put one star because I had to, to submit this warning, he gets nothing from my family and i

The Dr. seems to be good. The problem is his staff. I have called their office numerous, numerous times since I have been a patient. I have received very few calls back. It is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office because of this reason. I have no idea what is going on with my case because of this. I have made repeated calls, and left repeated messages lately trying to get someone to call me back in order to make an appointment without any success. Terrible!

They do not call you back. They do not have a person answeing the phone. You put request on a answering machine, they say they call you back but they don't.
