I called to make an appointment for my yearly exam. The number was disconnected so I went up to his office and it’s not his office anymore. So you didn’t think to call or mail something to your patients telling them where you were moving to and a good number? Unprofessional.

Dr. Boles has been my OB/Gyn for over 13 years and I have zero complaints. His staff is amazing and always have been friendly to me. He has performed a c-section and partial hysterectomy on me. He has done prenatal care and my general female/reproductive care since 2006. Just had a friend ask about who my OB/Gyn is and I recommended him to her with no concerns that she will be cared for. He is a good Christian man with a Christian wife and family. He does not shove his religious views down your throat but has no problem letting his belief show in his office with Christian music playing and pride in his belief with decor. I hate that others may have left bad reviews or had a not so pleasant experience, but I have never seen anything besides kindness, genuine care, professionalism and ability backed by knowledge and education here. 10/10 stars!!!

Dr. Boles was my first OBGYN doctor, prior to my primary care doctor. I went to him due to some severe pains I was having. He did do an ultrasound and that was it. He came into my room and told me that they were going to have to take my left ovary and Fallopian tube because I had Endometriosis. Something that you can not diagnosis without surgery, which he did not do. I did not know this at the time and just agreed and had the surgery set up. My mom suggested we get another opinion. We went to her doctor and upon further tests, found that I had a Teretoma. Not Endometriosis. I had the surgery to remove the mass, and the doctor said afterwards that there was not a trace of Endometriosis in my body. I am now pregnant with my second child and wonder what would have happened if I had followed through with the surgery.

Dr. Boles is a wonderful doctor, and I have always found his nurses helpful. I would strongly recommend Boles. He and the nurses are very thorough with their jobs. The only down fall is the wait time, but the Christian music is great to hear while waiting.

Love Dr. Boles but the wait at each appointment is crazy and his front staff is rude. But my baby had very bad health problems in utero and he did everything he could to make sure I carried to term and delivered with as few complications as possible. He definitely saved my daughters life.

Dr. Boles is great (for the 5 minutes I was able to see him over a 2 year time-span), but most of his staff is terrible. I had to switch to his office due to an insurance change, and I am glad that I will never have to go back now that my insurance is back to normal. The staff is rude, his nurse practitioner is terribly rude and dismissive, and concerns are never appropriately addressed. I work in healthcare, so I understand time constraints and insurance issues, etc. However, I have never been

Dr. Boles performed a LEEP on me, and he was very good/conscientious about pain and discomfort. However, there is one receptionist that has given me attitude on multiple occasions and if I had stayed in the area, would have considered switching doctors because dealing with her always put me in a bad mood.

Dr Boles is excellent. He makes sure each one of his patients are well tooken care of, however his staff up front in the office is rude and sluggish. They will get an attitude on the phone even when it is them who can not comperhend what the patient is calling for. They make mistakes than get mad when you call to fix the mistakes that they have made in the first place. Dr Boles is not the problem. It is his office workers.

Dr Boles himself is a great doctor, however his staff is incompetent, and work in a sluggish manner. Do not expect any call backs for lab results, you have to call them to get results, expect long wait/hold times at the doctors office, and no courtesy calls for appointment reminders. If you request specific blood test to be done make sure you request it many times and you see that it is written down because the nurses there are horrible at listening to the patients needs and concerns.

Dr.Boles is kind, caring, & compassionate. Wait times vary but that is because he gives each patient his full attention for as long as necessary. He is a fantastic doctor which means he has a heavy caseload. I dont mind waiting if it means my baby & I are getting the best care available. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I came to Dr. Boles with massive cyst on both ovori. I had to have immediate surgery to remove both. Within a year had to repeat surgery because he didn't get it all. Within a year of that I was back in ER requiring a THIRD surgery for once again my ovarian tissue causing cyste. I changed surgeons. What my new surgeon found was appalling . The trauma of three surgeries in under three years was horrible not to mention the scars. I would never recommend Dr. Boles to anyone. I should have sued.
