Dr. Charlene Crisp, MD

I am a patient with fibromyalgia and chronic pulmonary condition (Alfa 1), and last week had persistent asthma and cough. My condition deteriorated and on Sunday I visited the “Same Day Clinic” and I was seeing by Dr. Crisp. She was very thorough, caring and professional. Per her recommendation, I made a follow up appointment with my family doctor and I am doing better in spite my health complications. If you don’t have a good family doctor I strongly recommend Dr. Crisp.

She did not just write off my symptoms. She went the extra to make sure she correctly diagnosed me.

She is respectful and explains everything in detail. She takes time to answer questions and promptly refers you to any specialist needed. I’m sorry she isn’t practicing at Copc Westerville anymore. I’m definitely going to miss her. She’s one of the best.

I was seen on an urgent basis but nonetheless given very adequate time despite a crouded schedule. In an unhurried way all of my concerns were sympathetically and clearly addressed.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Crisp for many, many years. We have always found her to be professional, conscientious, polite, caring, and she has given us enough time to discuss our needs, and what she recommends for our futures. With her leaving the practice, it truly feels like we’re also losing a friend. We certainly wish her the best in her new position with COPD.

Have had a grand journey with Dr Crisp ! Trust me I present a challenge as a patient.She has worked to get me squared away. Sorry to see her move on this summer ??

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Dr. Crisp for a number of years and not once have I left the visit feeling rushed or uninformed. She takes the time to explain what’s going on, what medication is best for me and shows genuine concern about me and my health. Not all doctors are like that! I moved out of state three years ago and decided to keep Dr. Crisp because of the level of professionalism and care I receive. Just had my yearly physical and the trip was well worth it. I have encountered other doctors who don’t measure up so I’m glad once I found Dr. Crisp that I didn’t have to look any further!

I had my 6 month review with Dr .Crisp. As usual, she is always professional but kind and motivating. I am very lucky to have found an excellent primary care physician so close to me who definitely cares about her patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Crisp for about 9 years. She listens to my concerns each visit and doesn't assume they're not valid. She has testing done when necessary and provides the appropriate feedback. I appreciate her integrity, compassion, inclusion and directness. She explains or answers concerns/ questions so that I'm comfortable and understand the what and why for any treatment or why a medication may be changed, added or removed. I have Diabetes and Glaucoma so Dr. Crisp always reviews the dates of my visits with my Opthalmologist when we meet. Per my request she shares my visits with my other doctors and reviews test results/nformation that she receives from them. As a result, I feel like I have a medical team that's really connected for my best interest.

A doctor who listens and takes time to hear her patient concerns, an excellent doctor.

Dr. Crisp is awesome! I can't say enough good things about her. She is so kind and caring and her nurse Heather is awesome too. Every time I have a health issue they always take good care of me. I will NEVER go to anyone else.
