Listens to you, not rushed, I’m a 100 years old patient and Dr. is very careful changing my meds and prescribing new . I recommend Dr Smith

Over the course of 5 years missed two major diagnosis causing me to never be able to have biological children. Could have easily been prevented if he actually looked at the blood tests ordered. Never once properly treated any of my other conditions. Literally has never successfully done his job as my doctor. Now they run 2+ hours past appointment time. And won't see you if you have a $1 balance no matter how dire.

Dr. Smith has a great bedside manor. I really appreciated his care for my mother.

I went in for blood work and left without them doing it. The front desk checkout person was rude and talked down to me. She treated me like an old person she could control. I wrote a letter to the Doctor, Doctor Channing M. Smith, to give feedback and he failed to care or respond. Mary the office manager hung up on me today when I called to complain that I was transferred to extensions, three times, where the employees audix stated they were either out for the remainder of the year, or due to employees being out the remainder of the year, it could an extended time for anyone to respond. She just stated "I removed the charge as it was not something that Medicare or Plan F covered" and then hung up on me. Read the reviews about this practice before going to them. I've never experienced anything like this in 65 years of going to a doctor.

Dr Smith is very good at analyzing symptoms and diagnosing. He is personable and does not make you feel rushed. I appreciate that he does not get an attitude when you have done your own research. The office is busy and the waits can be an hour so it is best to bring something to do.

I have seen Dr. Smith when my doctor was out of town. He didnt listen, he didnt address my concerns or the reason I was there in the first place. He tried to change my medication dosage despite what my doctor had wrote and there have been times that I needed refills and he wouldnt write them because he didnt feel comfortable doing it but yet my doctor was out of town and would be for multiple days. I dont like Dr. Smith's attitude and to me he is argogent.

I was having hearing problems in my right ear, come to find out that it was just a ton of impacted ear wax. It was taken care of quickly and easily and man, it's like a new dimension of hearing. I just want to hear all the things.
