Dr. Chanele Burgun, MD

During my most recent conversation with the Dr. Burgun I expressed concerns about the given diagnosis and requested alternative care plan aside from medication. I was met with a dismissive response, told there were no alternatives, and there was no way to pin point what caused the condition seen in the lab results. It was only after I asked about dietary changes that the doctor acknowledged this as an option and alternative to the harsh medication prescribed. This was not the first time the doctor was dismissive towards my concerns. It is crucial that patients feel heard and respected during medical visits, and unfortunately, this was not my experience.
