Dr. Narala is very good, but he needs to get either more staff or better staff to answer the phone. When you wait on the phone to cancel appointment and then you hang up and then you call back a little later and they ask you to hold again. The staff are in a service business, and they act like it's my problem to hold.

Las Vegas is fortunate to have Dr. Narala
The office is always busy, but the staff is professional and you don't have to wait too long before being served and seeing Dr. Narala, a big plus for any doctor's office in the Vegas area. Dr. Narala takes the time to be personable while still assessing the problem, should you have one, or just reviewing the results of an bi-annual check-up.

I thought the doctor was no longer practicing. A few years back he did an unnecessary procedure which punctured my arteries causing me to bleed out. I had an emergency bypass. My health has been down hill ever since. It is my opinion that he is too old to practice. His son apologized for his error.

Office wait time is at least an hour or more depending on the day, I suppose..Then after going to the nurse for pre-exam, had to wait another 45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. The waiting room isn't large enough to hold all the patients. The day I was there I had to stand close to the wall with several other patients. I think too many patients are booked for their scheduling. The doctor was friendly and very professional. I was there mainly to schedule a sleep study. The scheduling with Don went very well. The follow up was 6 days after the sleep study. The only problem with the results is that there is a world wide shortage of CPAP machines...There equipment is from Nationwide Medical supply located in CA and other states. Over all I was satisfied with the service. I am very disappointed after the study, Don informed me about the world-wide shortage of machines..This might take a long time to be resolved. I will then be too old to take advantage of the treatment.

Incompetent admin staff. The office and technical staff are constantly changing and makes frequent errors. I was scheduled twice for a pacemaker check on days when the technician would not be there. They do not respond to requests from pharmacies for prescription renewals and do not send reports to other doctors. It also appears as though the doctors order test to make money rather than for medical needs.

99% sure I was just being milked for my union's insurance plan. I Had sleep apnea, but no heart signs, symptoms or additional risk factors and in my 20s. Despite that, I was constantly booked in for investigations; bloods, when that was fine it was ECG, then CT scan, then exercise ECG, nothing was ever wrong, but that was no barrier to overtreatment. I'm very thankful that despite their extensive and expensive fishing expeditions, they couldn't even find anything incidentally abnormal, I'm sure they would have been happy to open me up at whatever risk for the sake of my insurance payout. The guy has all the bedside manner of a washing machine, but I bet he has a shiny looking Cessna at Henderson airport. Go to a doctor who will give a damn about you, your health outcomes, your time and your financial situation instead of one who sees you as merely as a way to further enrich himself.

My experience was terrible. Waited for 2 hours getting a stress test. Then 6 weeks to get a followup appointment. I waited 45 mins in the reception area after my appointment time and was told there were still 2 patients before me. I left as I have another appointment to get to. They take your money up front but do not follow through on their end. I do not recommend this provider at all! Be aware they will waste your time!

Dr. Narala appeared more intent on running tests for money for the business rather than treating my skip beat heart condition. He did EKG's, stress tests, two sleep studies, angiogram, etc before prescribing medication which my insurance wouldn't pay. Never heard from him after telling him this. It took over 9 months for him to refer me to an outside specialist who fixed the problem immediately. He appears to have too many patients and spends very inadequate time explaining things.

My doctor sent me to see this doctor for high BP and abnormal EKG. My insurance plan is $10 copy for specialist visit but they tried to charge me $250. I only paid $10 and saw him. Although my BP is normal and no symptoms, he tried to get me echo, stress test and sleep study. I wasn't happy so went to a different doctor. He told me that EKG&BP is good, no test needed. Just monitor my BP and follow up in 3 months. I felt like Dr.Narala and the office tried to get money. I'll never go there again.

Dr. Narala is not only caring and compassionate at a physician but just an all around great human being. He really cares about his patients health, even if it means he puts profit aside. Dr. Narala is a wonderful man! The only downside is the office staff that he clearly needs to replace! They are incompetent and slow and obviously don't inform Dr. Narala when something needs to be addressed. Talk to him directly don't rely on his employees.
