So disappointed after being so hopeful
DO NOT go to this location (2220 Grande Blvd SE #B). I have had the absolute worst experience. The lack of communication and follow up should be embarrassing. The fact I had to call a few times as a patient to see what was going on with my treatment plan and then find out nothing had been done because no one took the initiative from that office to submit what was needed to insurance. I wondered if I had somehow dropped the ball and then find out from them, there was nothing I was supposed to do they just didn't do it so more waiting once again! I have been their patient since February and still haven't made any progress with my issue which is not cosmetic but medical! The topper to all of this is me receiving a bill saying I am now in collections for a remaining balance I HAD NO IDEA I had! Again, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!! Now I have to start over with another office. What a waste of time and energy.
