Great Doctor!
Pls don’t be put off by her initial tough exterior, she’s a very qualified + skilled doctor! She gave my mother the best care & attention for almost 10 yrs. We’ve since moved out of state and it’s made us realize truely how great Dr konduro was. If you’re looking for the best doctor in the area to help manage your diabetes then she’s the one, and her staff has always been wonderful. E.aktash

God gave you two ears for a reason!
First impressions mean a lot. Had to find a new endo and was referred to Dr. Konduru. After my consultation with her. Explained to my PCP this endo is “NOT” a good fit. It’s one thing to comment about increasing med dosage, but to increase dosage script before having any labs completed is something else. Good luck.

Dr Konduru was very kind and understanding with my wife. She stayed late to make sure my wife understood how and when to take her medication.

Good work!
I've been seeing the doctor for going on for years. When I first started seeing her my diabetes was completely out of control. She worked with me and suggested different medicines and, we finally got it under control. 80% of her team are the same people who were there four years ago I can see where she's made improvements in the process they use in the office. One thing that they've added is monthly check-in calls which is great. I drive 60 miles to see her every four months.

Horrible Staff
The staff Dr. Konduru has hired disgrace this entire office! Immature, rude and quick to hang up on you. I had been going there for over 10 years and it gets worse. I have switched doctors because of the horrible staff. They are better suited at the DMV.

Dr Konduru has been great. We teleconferenced during the pandemic. She was patient, thorough, and answered all my many many questions. I am interested in anew cutting edge proceedure and she said she would research it for me and get back to me- I had my doubts ( for many doctors say they will and you never hear anything back)- but she quickly called me and we are exploring the possibilities. I find her very professional yet explains all the medical jargon in a way that I understand. I would recommend her highly!

Dr. Konduru was, at first, a tough all business doctor. However, after a few visits I think very highly of her and her style of patient care. She still takes care of business but does it in a very humane way. She assesses my needs, has solutions and will help you achieve your diabetes care goals. All with a kind demeanor. I'm lucky to have been referred to her.

I have had the pleasure of being Dr. Konduru’s patient for more than 10 years now. She took over when my other endo bailed on patients. Dr. K is empathetic and cares about my health...so much so until she (gently) fusses at me when I don’t take my meds correctly because she does not want my thyroid cancer to come back. She is stern but well-meaning; I respect that. I don’t think I would be alive today without her care and concern. I wish her practice longevity and success! I willingly followed her from her first location in Arlington to her new one; if she moves again, I am right there with her. God bless Dr. K!

The doctor was fine. The staff is abysmal! Doesn't call back, lies about it, expects me to figure out what medication the insurance company will approve. If I knew that, I'd be in medical profession. Doesn't matter how good the doctor is if the staff is useless. Now I need to find another endocrinologist. What a waste of time.

On my first visit with Dr. Konduru, she was very thorough and very detailed about my diabetes. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I fact her instructions for taking my Novolog before meals has worked incredibly well, that in the first week, I no longer had spikes in my bs due to her recommendation. I am very pleased with her and her staff. I would recommend her service to anyone.

Dr. Konduru is by far the best endocrinologist I have ever seen; and I have experience of three others in the DFW area. Her office staff is efficient and friendly and Dr. Konduru herself take time to listen and respond thoughtfully to questions and concerns. Since I first started seeing her two years ago my endocrinology related concerns (pre-diabetic, hypoparathyroidism, thyroid cancer survivor) have been under good control -- something I could not say previously.

She started out being seemingly empathetic and caring until after seeing her regularly for about a year, she started dumping her personal problems and complaints about her profession on me during my visits. Caring and helping patients isn’t a priority for her. She could care less that I was out of medication and not feeling well. I’m glad she showed her true colors after THR booted her. I’m now receiving excellent care after finding a new endocrinologist.

Excellent physician. I have seen Dr Konduru on numerous occasion and have nothing but the highest praise for her. She listens attentively to all questions, offers solutions, and makes sure you leave her office feeling confident with a treatment plan. She is one of the few doctors I have encountered that follows up with her patients.

Absolutely appalling doctor. She has no bedside manner which normally is not a negative for me but she gets extremely upset if you ask questions. She also send me a letter, discontinuing our professional relationship for failure to keep appointments regardless of the fact that I have NEVER missed an appointment. Obviously she wanted someone else as a patient that makes her more money. While trying to understand this and resolve it she was unwilling to explain why she is claiming this.

She has terrible bedside manners. She won't even willing to listen about my thyroid Issues and pushed it off as if it was all in my head. She wont even let me take a full thyroid panel blood test. I had to wait a month for it. I wouldn't recommend her at all. Beware!
