Terrible experiences all around. From the front desk being horrible and rude to Dr Sbai only caring about money and short appointments.

My first and last time seeing Sbai. I scheduled an early appointment 9:30 I was her 1st patient of the day. She was over an hour late finally arriving at 10:45 asking if she had any patients in yet! She then sat at the front desk giving co-pay prices to the other patients scheduled after me. When my name was finally called I waited another 20min for my check-up. She never apologized for being late. The only reason I didn't leave is bc I change insurance next month and this was my only off day.

She rushes you out as fast as possible, acts like she doesnt genuinely care about her patients health. She forgot I was in the checkout room for almost an hour. Never checked my blood cells. The next day after an appointment, I was rushed to the ER with a white blood cell count of over 20,000. I had informed her of severe abdominal pain but she dismissed claims. I will never be a patient of hers ever again.

Each visit seemed like she was preoccupied. Charges to breath in her office. Seemed easy enough to make an appointment her asst seemed more knowledgeable - Just strange visits and still sick. She i also the only doctor in the practice and does not take phones which is odd as well. I would be wary. Also interesting the really good reviews I think are staff written and you can't see what others have written - scary

Dr. Sbai is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. I have gone to her for over 10 years and she has kept me in good health. My previous doctor was not listening to my concerns about my diabetes and I was getting very ill. Dr. Sbai listened and adjusted my medications. She is one in a million.
