He has good timing

Went to the 930 Maritime Drive Manitowoc location. Front desk person was very rude. Worst dental experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this DDS. Rushed in, rushed out. A few of the staff were nice. Seemed they did care. I will never return to this location no matter the situation. Now I understand why so many people are afraid of dentists. I, however, am not afraid. I am angry and disgusted by how I was treated. Seemed as though he took pleasure in causing pain. Thankfully I have had better experiences with more caring dental surgeons.

Dr seubert failed me. He misdiagnosed me. When I travelled to see a specialist he said he couldn't understand how my abnormality could've been missed. I said - it wasnt. It just wasn't acknowledged or taken seriously. The girls who work there are all simple minded, and catty. Lacking empathy. Much like the doctors. They literally made stuff up about me. I had to miss an appt due to a family emergency and they told seubert that I was just going on a vacay for funsies. So rude. So inhumane. I can't ever look at him the same way. This clinic loves quick, simple, profitable procedures. If you need anything deeper than a wisdomectomy you'd prbly want to plan on travelling. I wouldn't take my DOG here.

Dr. Seubert's office is serious and concerned regarding your safety and the safety of his assistants and staff in response to the Coronavirus. When you initially enter the front door to the building, antibacterial and surgical gloves are available prior to entering the front door to his office which is locked in order to protect you and his staff. His assistant comes to the waiting area in the entryway to the building wearing an N95 mask and surgical gloves. She asks you questions regarding any symptoms you might be experiencing related to the virus and questions regarding your travel. She then takes your temperature with a temporal thermometer (rolling the thermometer across your forehead). Once you pass the evaluation, you are lead directly to the dentist's chair. Dr. Seubert and his assistants are wearing surgical gloves and N95 masks. Despite this difficult time and the added risks to himself and his staff, everyone is friendly, professional and concerned for your safety.

Absolutely incredible!!! I cannot say enough about how comfortable he made my 16 yr old son feel. Put me (mom) at ease, as well. Great personality!!! Will definitily refer him to friends and family!!! Thank you Dr. Seubert... wish all our Dr.'s were like you!
