Dr H (if you manage to get an opportunity to speak with him) is AMAZING!! The best PCP I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in large cities with more resources. The problem (and why such mixed reviews) is his staff. They are the WORST medical office staff that I’ve encountered in my life!

Ridiculous wait time
Wait time over 3 hours. No nurse only receptionist. Requested meds due to pain while waiting on referral. Could not get. Needed DME office notes never sent to DME provider. Had to make own appointment after referral not made. Seems that a patient should be treated for symptoms and not pushed aside while waiting on specialist.

This is the second time, as a new patient, that they have me wait for over an hour. That's absurd. They also keep asking me why I am visiting, even though Dr H asked me to come. He does seem to know what he is doing, but to have someone come in at a certain time does in theory imply that you'll see them by then.

My visit to Dr. H's office was terrific. His new office on north chancery is absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr H. Is an extremely intelligent, caring doctor who has really been able to help me and my family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a family physician.
