Poor bedside manners; rushed, irritable
Consistently appeared frustrated and irritated during visits. I left appointments feeling very uncomfortable and not wanting to seek follow up care.

The worsts
Ignoring and incompetent. Feels like he is against his patients , doesn’t try to solve your medical needs, doesn’t prescribe needed medication, which was confirmed by other doctors .

Dr Tongco was great! He spent a lot of time carefully and clearly explaining my condition and listen with care to all my questions. I felt cared about and confident in his treatment.
