Dr. Cesar Palana, MD

Dr. Palana is truly an outstanding doctor. In the last 10 years since my immigration, this is the first time I’ve met a physician who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely attentive and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Dr. Palana is always very friendly, direct and helpful. He takes the time to be certain all of your questions are answered before completing the visit, and I feel seen and valued as a patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Palana for a few years now, and he has been the most informative, patient-centered, and caring physician I have ever had. Dr. Palana is very thorough, friendly, and accessible. I’m very happy that I found him after moving here. It is a difficult process finding a new doctor, and especially one who is so well informed and up on the latest medical recommendations. He has a very friendly staff, and I love that he teaches and mentors medical students as a regular part of his practice.

I truly cannot say enough incredible opinions about the KIND, CONSIDERATE, UNDERSTANDING, and DEDICATED care I have received since June 2023. As one reviewer put it, “Dr. Palana is one in a million. Still in Ahhhhhh.” Every reviewer here has experienced the same CONSISTANT and COMPASSIONATE care as I have. I, personally, have been a VERY DIFFICULT patient for Dr. Palana. I know this! And he has NEVER WAIVERED away from EXCELLENT and PROMPT care. Dr. Palana’s excellent qualities are completely mirrored by his staff. Alexandrya (who was a God-Send) moved away and I was so relieved to know that her same compassionate and promptness of care has continued through Itayri. Thank you Itayri!! I have seen the light!!! So impressed with the care I have received from him and his team. He changed the way I saw and felt about doctors because he really takes the time to listen to you and makes you feel comfortable. He is not like other doctors who tell you what to do or what to take without explaining it first and that is why I trust him. So happy I found him!

Dr. Palana is one of the greatest and most knowledgable physicians I have worked with as a medical student. He takes his time with patients and takes great care of each and every one of them. Not only is he great with his patients but he is also an amazing mentor. He goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to everyone.

I am a new patient of Dr. Palana’s and the introductory visit went very well. His reception staff had reached out to me once the appt was set and very clearly prepared me for what was needed by the day of the appointment, as well as parking info and instructions. When I got there, I was greeted and led to a pleasantly set up examination room. The medical student who first surveyed me about my reasons for coming was kind and thorough. Dr. Palana conducted himself in a friendly and professional way, answering any and all questions I had. He made it very easy to handle my prescriptions. I am looking forward to continuing with Dr. Palana and his wonderful team.

I was surprised oh Nice the Doctor was to me

Dr. Palana is an easy going, smart and compassionate physician that genuinely cares about his patients. All of his patients that I have personally met have felt like there concerns were heard and cared for. Even when he was very busy he would go out of his way to make sure his patients needs were met. He is nice to his nursing and faculty and doesn't condescend or talk down as some doctors do.

Dr Palana is such a nice polite guy and caring. So does assistant person.

There is Doctor Versus Great Doctor!!! Dr. Palana is GREAT Doctor!!! The moment I went to his office, he knew from my voice and listening to my lungs that I had Laryngitis!! He is so efficient with diagnosis and providing excellent treatment plan!! I used to be his medical student and today ended up as an outpatient!!! Thank you so much Dr. Palana!!
