Dr Garcia was the doctor who saw after my 86 year old father in Decatur General Hospital. My father had fallen and broke his finger, and was bruised badly. He had been falling more frequently. Dr Garcia not only took his time with my hard of hearing father to explain his recommendations, he also was extremely professional and kind. He recommended he go into rehabilitation straight from the hospital. My father has recovered well.

Very impersonal, he talks at patients and family instead of to them and does not consult with surgeon prior to making discharge decisions.
