Dr. Cecilia Carag, MD

I had never seen her before but have been a patient of Diagnostic Clinic for a long time and she said I had to come in that I couldn't do a telehealth appointment. But she never came in to evaluate me and told medical assistant that she prescribed me a ZPack and a chest xray to check for pneumonia but didn't think she needed to listen to my chest or evaluate me. I would never ever ever see her again.

The office staff is extremely unpleasant to deal with. They obviously do not like their jobs and make the visit to their office a difficult experience . Also the automated system is rarely working making it almost impossible to speak with anyone.

Terrible experience. Dr. Carag was a replacement for my primary care physician, who had retired. My previous doctor, who I had been seeing for over 15 years, was a very caring, consciences person. On the other hand, Dr. Carag's bedside manor was horrible. As mentioned in the last post, she does talk down to patients. She also does not listen. She seems to hear only what she wants you to do, without examining what the patient's concerns and needs are. I will definitely be leaving this clinic.
