Dr. Arango is without a doubt the worst physician I have ever known! She is extremely rude. She gives the worst medical care. Her Nurse Practitioners are both very good and the medical assistant Brittani is awesome. I would Never recommend this nasty lady!

Rude and condescending nature. Does not like to be questioned regarding results and diagnosis. If you are looking for a thorough and compassionate health care provider, look elsewhere.

I've had enough
I've been a patient of Dr Arango's for about 6 years. Before Covid, it wasn't terrible. After Covid, it is impossible to get in to see anyone in a timely manner. They don't answer the phones anymore and just give you a recording to leave a message. I've done this numerous times with no response. Getting referred to another Dr takes weeks, sometimes months - sometimes it is not followed through at all. I always try to make my appointments first thing in the morning so that they're on time. Even then they aren't. Most of the time I'm sitting in the waiting room before the staff even walks in. Dr Arango has a very strong accent & she talks fast. I don't always understand even after I've asked for clarification. The only reason I stayed as long as I have is that I see her Nurse Practitioner, Carrie Carbone, & I really like her. If it was just her, I would stay. But the whole experience with this Dr's office and Bond Clinic in general has exhausted me.

Best Doctor in town
After trying several Physician, I was able to find her, best thing ever happen to me, staff is amazing, Appoitment always available Best physician ever I highly recommend her

Terrible doctor. Not sure how she can be so rude and uncaring, as she waddles herself from room to room being so loud and obnoxious. I will not return to see her. I might not return to Bond Clinic. With her reviews, I'm not sure how they keep her on staff.

Did not listen. Two visits for severe muscle pain and never addressed the problem. Ended in the ED and was diagnosed within an hour after the Dr. listened. At the post ED visit she did not seem to know why I was there.

Every time that I need to see the Doctor, they found an spot to put me, either with her or with her nurse practitioner. Both are great and they let me know how important is to take my medications. Both spent a lot of time with me and they listen when I'm there. I recommend Dr. Arango and Carbone her nurse practitioner.
