I wound up in the ER after he chose not to treat me, (and cancelled my doctor referral even after it was approved) I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Now they're claiming my tests show normal after it was confirmed in the ER that's untrue. 0/10

The Dr. Is kind and listens. He’s very old school but tries hard to help in every way. Staff is horrendous. Rude, nasty, the wait is excruciating.....at least 3 hours. Old office.

Would not recommend as a QME for your Worker's Comp case. I saw Dr. Folmar in mid-July and we still don't have his report. Every time I call, I get the same answer..."Dr. Folmar sent the report back to the transcriber for some corrections." He is supposed to submit the report within 60 days and it has almost been 120 days. Find another QME, if you can!

I can't believe how this doctors office is operating! "Joanne" the manager of this doctors office had such a condescending and arrogant attitude for someone working as a office manager. I called this office to make an appointment, and was greeted by the receptionist with the nastiest attitude named "Diana". She asked me for my insurance information and told me that they can't review my referrals online, and that she couldn't find my referral. I told her that I had made an appointment with th

I already paid for the bill by my credit card but i really don't understand once in a while they keep goin to send the bills(2 different bill with diferent day to vist the doctor ???) to my house to collect the money(Copay),luckly i still had the record b y statment credit card, otherwise i don't know what happen to my creditline if they realy do the report to Credit dept.
