Horrible second experience
Telehealth
I waited months to see Dr Bailey and he came recommended from another service provider. My initial consultation was nice. I was dealing with a lot and he made me feel comfortable and that he would help. My follow up telehealth for labs and direction was horrible. He showed up on the call 30 min late and wasn’t sure why we were connecting. In giving my labs as a internalist I expected some supplements or help other than drugs on our first visit. It was also the first time one lab had been elevated and he threw out drugs as options. When I asked if there were any other options bc a medication for another issue made me super ill. He proceeded to tell me how I “need to take something! Or I would die”. Then he paused and I thought he was going to apologize but he said “it would be a long slow death”. I could not speak bc I was in shock. Especially since the elevated level is something that is totally reversible. I really had high hopes for Dr Bailey and I waited months to see him.

Poor Physician
Front Office Staff is very rude. Always have to do a repeat call in for a prescription two to three days after initial call only to find that the prescription was never filled. Seems to be a revolving door of staff life that are temps.

Dr. Bailey is proactive in reviewing your lab results and addressing areas before they become a major medical issue. He takes the time to explain and he gives you a chance to turn your health around on your own before prescribing meds. I have found his medical advice sound and trustworthy.
