I might've found my long-term PCP
I've only had one visit to her office, but overall I was impressed. Her beside manner and communication skills were excellent. I'm looking forward to her becoming my long-term PCP.

Having had my 30th anniversary of my 34th birthday, I have had my share of doctors, both GP's and specialists. Not a sickly person, but I have seen more doctors than NASA has seen stars. Dr. Pham is at the top of her game. She is determined, motivated, knowledgeable and her communication skills second to none. Being aware of her limits, many specialists are at her disposal and she knows who and when to send you marching. Her beside manner is what you received years ago when doctors were also your friend, which would incorporate better care, through care. With a front and back office, associates, nurses and aids all excellent, there is no reason not to trust this office. If you don't like your experience, blame it on me !

Today I just visit with Doctor Pham, she is amazing and care about her patients, takes her time to see you and hear you, I highly recommend her as your Family Doctor, she is very attentive to details and have a great staff at West Houston Family Practice, love them all. Frank the scheduler is always a big help, waiting time minimum, office environment very safe, all staff is very friendly
