Reading the reviews, I have to say me experience was VERY POSITIVE! I found the staff to be quick and kind, and Dr. Crosland was wonderful. I am new to the area, and have tried to locate a GYN for some time now. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Crosland is personable and clearly experienced. However, I felt she was unnecessarily rushed and quite rough during a recent procedure, making it very painful and even frightening when it didn't need to be. Then, she explained that I needed surgery and took about 3 minutes to talk through that with me, and left the room with me having no sense of what the next steps would be, what to expect from the surgery, what the recovery would be, etc. No notes were put in my checkout papers. I had to ask the front desk person to go back and ask her to put the name of the procedure and details about it in my notes. For a SURGERY. The lady at the front desk is very nice and asked Dr. Crosland to spend a few more minutes with me to answer more questions, which she did, but after that whole experience, I am going to switch to a new doctor. I am sure there are more compassionate and gentle doctors that will take the time to explain all the details. That was not my experience with this one

Would not recommend to family and friends due to office staff and lack of follow through. The Doctor herself had a nice bedside manner and was fairly funny. But receiving care and getting a hold of anyone at this office is very difficult. I have tried working with them for months now, and am now looking to move to a new OBGYN doctor due to the hassle.
