I am extremely satisfied with the results of my surgical procedure. Dr. Weng took the time to listen to my specific requests and even provided visual examples of what the potential outcomes could look like. She’s a highly skilled surgeon with a calm, personable demeanor, making her both approachable and confident in her expertise. During the pre-surgical consultations, she answered all of my questions—no matter how silly—with ease and patience. The day of the surgery was incredibly smooth, with the surgical center running efficiently and Dr. Weng arriving fully prepared, complete with my pictures and documents to reference. After the procedure, I had a few questions and was able to text her in the evening; she always responded promptly. When I returned for follow-up visits, the staff was warm and welcoming, and their genuine care and positivity were evident. I truly appreciated their support, especially during moments when I was in discomfort. Dr. Weng continued to meet with me post-surgery to ensure everything was healing as we had envisioned together. She was the best choice for me, and I truly believe she could be the right one for you as well!

Fractured Jaw evaluation post fall
The scheduling process was excellent. I called 3 Maxo facial offices that were unable to schedule me for over 5 days (1 couldn't schedule me until for 4 months), whereas Dr. Weng was able to see me in two days. Dr. Weng listened to my story and ordered a cat scan. Dr. Weng has staff contact my insurance company to get pre-approval and facilitated getting me a cat scan appointment the next day. Follow up was immediate after the CAT scan results were posted in 'My Chart' as a closed fracture was confirmed. During the follow up appointment she went over the CAT scan images, answered all my questions and provided next steps.

Best Nose - polyp/turbinating procedure
Recently operated in Bryn Mawr Hospital. Dr. Weng was the only one to determine why I could not breath - and this was a problem for more than 30 years. She sent for the right tests and got the diagnosis. That same night after the operation, I was able to sleep all night breathing normally At Last. And now continue improving. Thank you very much.

Thorough and compassionate
After a terrible experience with another ENT, I went to Dr Weng. She was very thorough and explained the first steps and potential next steps. I felt she cared and understood my frustration.

One star is too much. The single worst medical experience in my 53 yrs of living. I went for simple tube surgery that is quick and easy. She caused major damage to my right ear that ultimately had to be corrected with 2 hr surgery -Tympanoplasty-to graft closed the large perforation she left in my ear. Her tube surgery was a gross failure which may leave me with permanent damage. The pain she caused to my ear from November to May with no responsibility or accountability of her mistakes was inexcusable. I told her I had ringing, static, deafness in my right ear post op. She said your tube is in place perfectly but hearing test noted a drop in my hearing post op. She referred me to another ENT saying I must have ear disease. After seeing another ENT surgeon it was confirmed the tube was not in place properly and they quickly removed it. They also confirmed after scans I do not have ear disease. She is a patronizing and incompetent. Stay away and follow your instincts.

Perhaps things would have gone differently pre-COVID, but my experience with this physician was highly disappointing. I found her often to be patronizing and despite my reporting chronic, daily sinus pain and migraines she refused to see me in person for nearly a month. During that time I ended up visiting the ER for a CT scan. Again, she refused to see me in person or perform an endoscopy despite my primary care physician’s insistence that this procedure should be performed. In contrast, once I refused to work with Dr. Weng, I found another ENt specialist who saw me right away i person and performed the endoscopy I should’ve received a month prior. Part of my suspects I was not considered a priority because of the type of health insurance I had. I don’t know this for certain, but it would explain a lot.

Dr. Weng understood the traumatic aspects of my mouth injury and treated me proficiently with care and respect. Despite the pain associated with treatment, I would see Dr. Weng. again.

Dr. Weng was knowledgeable and friendly. She evaluated the results of my hearing test conducted at her office, compared those with results from another testing service, and base on results of her evaluation, arranged for me to have an MRI. I feel very confident working with her.

The doctor did a fair job with my initial examination and some basic consultation, but couldn't really explain my condition. Moreover, I was surprised receiving a significant bill for examination which was apparently considered a procedure I need to pay for out of my own pocket. The doctor didn't warn me about it beforehand so I feel kind of fooled by the office.

I had a pretty bad experience with Dr Went. I went in with symptoms of a pierced eardrum. Then from outside the door I overheard her say "Why doesn't he just keep his ear dry?". That's like if she came to me with a computer problem and I just replied "Why don't you just stop using computers?". I'm upset that Dr Weng is in a category of doctors who are merely here to help you limp along to the grave. I don't want to cover symptoms. I want to thrive instead of survive. I would not recommend her.
