Initial appointment was great, decided I needed carpal tunnel surgery and booked surgery. Attended pre operation appointment and received instructions in the mail. I was then called by her office and asked to move surgery up 13 days to accommodate the Doctors travel plans, I agreed and received updated instructions for new date in the mail. Upon arriving for surgery I was informed someone had made a mistake and they did not book operating room time for my surgery. Dr. Spath was apologetic and said she would personally oversee rescheduling with her office, that was December 7th. I finally called on January 30th receive another apology and told they will book as soon as possible. Four days later office calls and says they can do it but not till March 3rd which will not work because I now can not take that recovery time off, and is told anytime sooner is not convenient for them. Even more frustrating is the time I already had to get coverage for work is lost money and my wife burnt a da

Dr. Spath took the time to really discuss my issue and explain treatment plans. She was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The staff were also very friendly and efficient. I had to wait about 30 minutes to see her but she spent plenty of time with me and was not rushed. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!
