I have been seeing Dr Navarro for well over 9 yrs and can't say enough good things about her!She is one of the kindest, caring and compassionate Dr's that takes the time to get to know you. She has even taken the time to personally call me when I needed an empathetic ear.....more than once! She truly cares about her patients and I am so grateful I have a primary Dr that I can count on! I had the privilege of having Dr. Andrew Burton as my temporary doctor thru this office. I truly loved this doctor because he was very easy to talk to. I’m really sorry he is no longer with this practice.

I have been with Dr Navarro for about 1 1/2 years. Her bedside manner, the fact that she actually listens to you and gives good advise/ideas. She is compassionate and caring. Her staff is great, always willing to help. I would never be able to find another Dr like her. She is amazing!

Love Dr Navarro. Changed so many doctors where I only saw PAs. Nobody really knew my medical history because PAs changed all the time. Feel like I am in good hands now.

Her unwillingness to send me to a specialist delayed treatment for a potentially deadly disease.

Today was my first visit. Very please with the doctor and her staff. Very friendly and attentive.

I appreciate Dr Navarro for treating my concerns seriously. She has brought me through many physical issues either by treating me herself or referring me to specialists. She shows concern and caring.

Dr. Navarro and her new team are just amazing! This office is so well run and friendly. They treat you like family, always welcoming and warm.

would like you to email me the letter stating I was no longer a patient. This was done so unprofessionally. All of a sudden I find out and we have used phone and email as a form of communication. Why didn't I get a phone call on or after July 9th. I do not have the money to go to another doctor. I am on afdc because of my husband's being laid off 6 times this year. All of you are adults. Did you not wonder why I didn't call around July 9th. I am an easy person to talk to. Carrie could have called me and discuss everything. But now no one will call. This issue isn't going away easily simply due to the fact that at first i was told it was my bill. Then one of the managed to tell me on the and read the letter to me. Hummmmm Your suppose to be doctors. Take care of your patients work with them. Now you have just helped to reinforce the fact that you cannot be honest with your doctor.

The office staff does not follow through with signing up new patients. I was supposed to get an email with new patient paperwork. It has been a week. I heard DR Navarro was wonderful, so I tried to get in. No luck. She needs help if she is looking for new patients.

Great Doctor.. She is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She listens well and is very patient with patients.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and pleasant. I’m comfortable with her care and feel she is the perfect person to be my doctor.

Dr Navarro is a knowledgeable doctor but not pro-active when it comes to health of her patients. My husband was patient for over 5+ years and is over 60 and never ordered a PSA test until we requested it. Office staff is not very dependable. You will also sit on hold for 15-20 minutes when you call the office to follow up on tests that were to be ordered. Office staff has gotten worse over time.

Dr. Navarro is thorough and compassionate. She takes time to address any concerns and is always willing to listen. She is also very knowledgeable.

We have been a patient of hers since she first came to Citrus County. She is thorough, calm, and reduced the amount of routine appointments required, by coordinating all tests at same time of year. She gives you all necessary lab orders, etc. Great integrity, no nonsense empathetic physician.

Dr. Navarro and her P.A. Carrie Staton are excellent in their knowledge, compassion and willingness to listen to the patient for a correct diagnosis. I recommend them highly, along with Nurse Andrea who returns my calls promptly and directs my concerns to Dr. Navarro and Carrie Staton PA. Office is new, and wait times are not at all or very short. Kudos!!

Very caring and knowledgeable. She has been taking care of me for years. I work in the insurance field and would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a provider.

I found her to not be very personable. I was supposed to start a new medication. The way it was ordered it would have cost me over $1,000 after insurance! If she writes it differently it would have cost nothing. I called a few times and got no response. The pharmacy called a few times to no avail. I'm changing doctors.

She is ok but her front desk people is not nice
