She's there for the money, clearly. You'll wait in the waiting room for half an hour, then wait another 20-30 minutes in the room before seeing her. You can spend the time checking out her space, which hasn't been updated since 1981 from the looks of it. She'll come in looking frazzled and unkempt. She'll give you a rudimentary glance over (with her 1980s chinzy flashlight to help her), then dismiss you. She'll make you come back monthly (or close to it) to "recheck" you, otherwise she won't refill your prescription (MONEY GRAB!). She won't give you any feelings of confidence after the visit. Stay Away!

It's amazing that she's got some low reviews we've been seeing her for years my wife and I yes sometimes appointments get slow but that's not her fault you got to lay that on the patient some people just like to talk or be late themselves her care her communication for tenderness is spot on and her staff are all friendly and pleasant and the office and rooms are clean

Answered questions superficially without giving reasoning to why it pertains to me. Did not listen or look into my history of skin condition and gave me treatment that I told her previously did not work on me. Will not return.

Insist that she perform biopsies on questionable spots. My husband complained about a spot on his face for over 6 months. She said it was "scar tissue" that turned out to be aggressive cancer that killed him. I was too busy caring for my husband to sue her in a timely manner.

Dr. Miller provided excellent care to me in removing a squamous cell carcinoma and assuring that I had follow-up with MHO'S surgery. She kept me well informed and followed up in subsequent routine appointments. I am very satisfied with her work.

Dr. Miller is technically excellent and removed a melanoma from my arm the day of my first visit. She explained how urgent it was as she convinced me to cancel work conflicts and she cancelled her lunch. Yes, she is to the point and not a lot of small talk but I like that....Highly recommend if you want an excellent Dr.

She is rude and acts as if her time is the only one of importance. I feel she needs to re-evaluate why she entered the medical profession. Maybe she should treat others with more kindness and compassion and change her tone. People come to you VOLUNTARILY. Everything comes around ten-fold--just a piece of advice--and I didn't even come to her for medical care, I work for NYS!

After seeing Dr. Miller for dermatology checkups for 15 years both my husband and I left because we could no longer stand her condescending attitude, terrible manners, snide remarks and attempts to protect herself from lawsuits at all cost. She is most worried about protecting her own skin (literally and figuratively) and rather than just a professional, personal opinion she will attempt to scare you into crisis mode no matter the condition of your skin. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

My husband Albert and myself, Joyce Dovidio, had our appointments with Dr. Miller. We were so pleased to be in an office that was pleasant, respectful of our age, didn't try to sell us all kinds of product and actually explained to us what our many age related pumps and spots were all about. Thank you Dr. Miller. See you in 6 months.

She was rude and very inattentive. I went in to just have a full body scan, being a young, fair skinned woman who has family history of skin cancer. Not only did she fail to make me feel comfortable, she failed to answer all my medical questions. She makes me feel like I was wrong to go in and have my holes looked at. She would be paid whether I needed something removed or not, there is no need for that level of rudeness. I will recommend people NOT go to Dr. Miller.
