Found out today that Dr. Heltsley is no longer at Greenview. She's at the Medical Center. I'm disappointed about the move because Greenview was more convenient for me. The Medical Center gained a great oncologist as well as her staff members. Dr. Heltsley has been my doctor for 5 years and I don't have any complaints. She is very pleasant and takes time to answer all my questions.

This office is useless. Horrible at returning calls, the staff is inconsistent and poorly trained. Dr is more worried about give you Chemo treatments to make money than your overall health. The office is dirty, list goes on and on. They have no compassion and offer no education to patients or families. If you are newly diagnosed go elsewhere!!
