I’ve been with Dr. Cathy for 20yrs. I can say that she is well experience and knowledgeable as a doctor, most importantly, she cares. Dr. Cathy, wait time is considerably because of each patients situation, and that is extremely important to diagnose the patient with understanding and consistent care. I have never had any major surgeries because of Dr. Cathy treatment plan, besides, how else is to know what’s going on with your body, is by bloodwork and continuing treatment plans. Most doctors don’t even take the time to know who you are, as a person. I can say that Dr. Cathy goes beyond in studying what her patients actually needs, and mostly, it is well care and holistic treatments plans. Dr. Cathy, understand and is here for the truth in medicine practices, she provides honesty, as well as happiness to her patients care. Don’t be discourage by the wait time, but make sure you ask questions and know what your plan covers ahead of becoming a new patient, the staff are here to check any inquiries to better assist you.

I scheduled an appointment to get a physical. I took off of work for this appointment. I get there, her staff takes my blood and swabs my mouth and a few other things before I could even get the paperwork done. After about two hour of waiting for Dr. Cathy, she say that she will not see me because I was getting a ‘100% covered’ check up. And she wanted me to pay for it. When she was asked what to do with my blood samples, she said to throw them away. Also, she didn’t have the professional courtesy to speak to me in person. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Dr Cathy is a flake. Do not go see this woman. I started seeing her in May of 2016. I didn't see much of her in 2017 due to radiation and chemo but started back in February 2018. She loves to run tests without consulting Insurance to see if it's covered. I met my deductible on January 4th because I'm battling cancer so I should have been a hundred percent covered. She left me with a $4, 000 LabCorp bill for full panel allergy test she ran on me in May of 2018. She could not prove why she ordered and told me directly to my face over a televisit that it would be hard to prove. I begged her every week to call and get this resolved and she texted me every week and said she promised she would. That never happened and in October of 2018 she called me late one evening arguing with me than I had South Carolina Insurance when I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. What she didn't understand was the call center wasn't South Carolina. Then she started yelling and telling me and my health Advoc

I have been a patient for sixteen years. I came to Dr. Cathy as a rape survivor, at the age of fourteen. It saddens me to write this review, but I must be truthful and honest.. I have seen many, many different staff come and gone over the years. Dr. Cathy has changed locations several times. The average wait time each visit will consist of one to two hours in the waiting room and an another forty-five minutes to an hour in the back before she'll actually come in. Save your time and go elsewhere!

The wait was a little long but once I talked with Dr Cathy I understood why. She sits and spends time with you, discussing medical history , personal history getting all information about your health. I was impressed with her and her approach on a "Healthy Life". The wait time could be fixed, but that would mean less patient attentiveness...just bring a book, it's worth that wait.

The wait time is horrible, each time I have been scheduled for an appointment i wait in the lobby for over an hour or two before being called to the back to be seen than once in the back it takes another 30 minutes before the Doctor comes in to see me

Absolutely the worst doctor I've seen in my entire life. I went for a basic physical before a mission trip to Africa. Without my knowledge, she had LabCorp run extensive bloodwork (her reason was a holistic approach), and I received a $900 bill from LabCorp (out-of-pocket cost) for all the unnecessary tests THAT I HAD NOT APPROVED. BCBS GA denied the claims for the tests citing them as unnecessary. She wrongly diagnosed me with Lupus and Celiac (3 other doctors have confirmed).
