She makes a diagnosis before even entering the room. She doesn't ask questions, she doesn't listen, is critical and judgmental to other treatment options. She gives a person zero credit for knowing their own body, - she has already decided she knows best.

phone visit
The last "phone appointment " was terrible,did not stop talking,I could not say one word,she just kept talk,talk,talk. And than she hang up on me,so we changed doctor.

Outstanding physician who exhibits sound medical guidance, along sincere empathetic traits. Have never believed that she follows a “cookie cutter” path. Listens well. Advises in a relatable, yet scientific/medical manner. I had to leave her care due to a change of employment that altered my coverage options. That circumstance is about to change and I look forward to returning to Dr. Cheng’s care.

Where do I start. She didn't ask enough questions to make sure her decisions were appropriate. She didn't listen and was more direct and forceful with what procedure I had to complete. Overall I do not plan on going back to her. I have never had a terrible doctor that treated me like someone who doesn't know what they're talking about and doesn't take the time to listen to what the patient wants and guilts the patient. Therefore the patient feels reluctant.
