Dr. Catherine Boon, MD

Dr. Boon has been my children's pediatrician since they were infants. She is the most caring, involved, concerned, insightful, and hard working doctor. Recently, our daughter's mental health has been challenging and many doctors do not have the resources to help. Dr. Boon has reached out to colleagues and experts, run much needed labs, and has stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Doctors are overworked and have had so many additional jobs due to Covid-19. Dr. Boon continues to go out of her way to help find the answers and we are forever grateful.

Dr. Boon has been my daughter’s pediatrician since she was a baby. Dr. Boone identified a significant medical issue when my daughter was 5 years old, and referred us to a pediatric specialist in the area. She is very thorough and she has always treated my daughter respectfully. Now, a teenager, my daughter actually listens to Dr. Boone, when she will not listen to anyone else.

Dr. Boon has been great with our family! Originally we had a different pediatrician within the practice, but had to see her when our doctor was out one day. We liked her so much, we switched to her! I can't say enough good things about her!

We recently relocated to Gainesville and Dr. Boon and her staff were so very helpful and accommodating. She took the time to ask questions and really gain an understanding of my child. I am very confident in my choice of pediatrician for my child.

Dr Boon has literally been a life-saver for our family. After years of wondering what were the health issues plaguing my child, we finally had someone listen carefully and get us the help we needed. She follows up. She cares. She takes her time with us, never making us feel like we are just a number, but rather, part of a family.

I will never recommend this Doctor to anyone, very unprofessional and even worst, she thinks she can make decisions without talking to the child's parents. Very bad experience.
