Doesn't listen
I just found out my X-ray report of December 2024 wasn't read that I have Superior Patellar Enthesophyte. She got my spine X-ray from May of 2024. Her office is basically calling me a liar. Not going back. Won't allow an MRI to check for torn ligaments in knee.

Not a Thorough Evaluation
8 months ago I had a visit where, while talking with Dr. Boisvert she said I was too young for a hip replacement. Without assessing anything about my movement. I did tell her I was mt biking but explained I was in a lot of pain. She showed me my x-ray and said I had severe arthritis. I turned 57 in November, so I'm not sure if she didn't check my age? I look young for my age only because I'm super fit. Today (8 months later) and after two weeks researching I found another excellent orthopedic Dr. who, after looking at my x-ray and assessing my movement said my hip was blown, arthritis was severe and I should get a hip replacement. Dr. Boisvert is nice, but I don't appreciate the 8 extra months I've had to limp and hobble around in pain.

Dr. Boisvert repaired my torn rotator cuff. I had been avoiding surgery for uears and was just dealing with the pain. She was compassionate, clear about the need for surgery, the details of the procedure and post op. I am now 110% better. Conversely her recommendation not to surgically repair my son's broken humerus also proved to be the right action, and he is also now 100% with no loss of mobility or nerve damage, which was possible if he had had surgery.
