Dr. Bain has been my endocrinologist for 27 years. Her professionalism has resulted in my comfort to ask questions about medical issues and concerns. Over the years, I have recommended her to other family, friends, and coworkers. The staff returns calls and when my request is to personally speak with her, she returns the call to discuss or address specific concerns. The office environment is pleasant, wait times are minimal, check-in procedures are streamlined, all of which leads to office visits which are pleasant.

Dr. Bain is a very polite person and has been my doctor for several years. She always has time to answer my questions, has met my every need as her patient. I have never had trouble scheduling appt and would recommend Dr. Bain to others.

Poor! The office staff are rude and non-responsive. No doctor/patient relationship anymore even after being a patient for many years. I was advised to call my PCP for and endocrine issue. Pathetic service and the doctor will not call you, even when it is requested.
