After a long fertility journey, I felt deep within me that there was something wrong that was preventing my journey’s success. When it came time to chose a reproductive endocrinologist, I wanted someone who would leave no stone unturned. Seeing Dr. Roeca’s connection with CU medical school and knowing she is apart of training the next generation of RE’s- I felt if anyone could figure out my puzzle it was her. We were instantly met with compassion and open ears. I felt believed and heard- and she figured it all out! I’m holding my 1 month old today because Dr Roeca believed me and looked deeper and had the expertise to address my rare condition. We are so grateful to have found her and SGF.

We worked with Dr Roeca during one of the most difficult times of our lives. She is compassionate, supportive and took the time to answer our thousands of questions, work with us through ups and downs and took the time to deliver all the important news to us herself. It was a long road with days that had bad news and then eventually some good news. As I write this our one month old is sleeping on the couch and we will look forward to working with her when we are ready to expand our family again!

Dr. Roeca was an excellent partner on our fertility journey - patient, kind and encouraging. I had a somewhat unique diagnosis - Hypothalamic Amenorrhea - which required my own non-interventional recovery (decreasing exercise and proactively gaining some weight to regain my cycles) which we paired with IUI to boost our odds. We had met with another doctor at a different practice in Denver before discovering SGF had an office here, and it was night and day (the other doctor felt robotic and immediately diagnosed me as needing IVF which was far from the case). Ultimately we had a successful pregnancy and a healthy baby boy and are grateful for Dr. Roeca's understanding and support tailored to our situation.

Dr roeca helped us explore potential reasons for why our previous transfers had failed by consulting with her friend outside of the practice. She was very thorough in our diagnostic tests and in treating found issues. She was also very kind and easy to talk to.

Dr Roeca was phenomenal throughout our IVF experience at Shady Grove. She listens, takes a thoughtful approach and explains treatment options well.

Dr. Roeca was great to work with. She took us through the whole process - testing, removing a cyst, 2 rounds of IUI and finally IVF. She was very professional and attentive through everything, responsive when I had questions, but most of all she wished us luck and celebrated our triumph! I never felt discouraged by my weight, age, or other factors stacked against us.
